Natalie Elliott

Hi, I’m Natalie.

Most people now see me as a woman living a magical life - full-time traveling, serving women in my purpose of hormonal healing and cyclical living and generally being a vibrant, healthy woman who loves her period.

But I remember a time when this was not my reality. I remember a time when my health felt like an impossible puzzle to solve as I sat on my couch too exhausted to even fold the laundry and with PMS mood swings so severe that I was stuck in an endless self-hatred spiral.

I remember when my period pain was so bad that my partner had to pick me up while I was screaming on the toilet and take me to the emergency room - more than once.

I remember when I began tracking my cycle only to find out I wasn't ovulating.

I knew there had to be a way to heal that didn't involve hormonal contraceptives, anti-depressants, or other drastic measures but I just had no idea how to actualize the reality I so deeply desired.

Enter: The Menstrual Cycle as a blueprint for health, purpose, spirituality, and creativity. This is how I went from existential dread and chronic fatigue to vibrant health and a seemingly endless well of peace.

After healing my own cycle imbalances - both the physical and the emotional - with the holistic root-cause based approach you'll learn in Moon Cycle Mastery, I became obsessed with teaching as many women possible about their cycles, which turned into investing in more education, which turned into getting a mentor, which turned into seeing clients, and now I have put all my experience into this self-paced course in the hopes of reaching as many women as possible.

  • Is this course for me if I have PCOS / PMDD / Endometriosis?

    Yes. The course addresses all of these and helps you build a foundation for healing.

  • How much time will I have to spend?

    Many women come to me / this course feeling already burnt out by strict regiments. You won't find that here. This course is lifetime access so you can implement a couple changes at a time. I have found this to be the best approach.

  • Will I get access to you personally?

    This version is self-paced, but you will be invited to book a 1:1 session at 20% off my usual rate at the end of the course if you want more support. I prioritize MCM participants for my limited 1:1 spots so this is a great place to start!

  • What if I’m not menstruating right now?

    If you are not menstruating and you are trying to get your period back, this course is perfect for you. If you are not menstruating because you are pregnant or postpartum, you can still go through the course and prepare your body for cyclical balance.

  • How do I know if this course is NOT for me?

    This is not for you if you want a quick fix or trendy detox, you would rather just take a bunch of expensive supplements than lay solid foundations, or you’re not open to new ways of thinking about your body
