Hi, I’m Natalie.

Most people now see me as a generally being a vibrant, healthy woman who loves her period.

But I remember a time when this was not my reality. I remember a time when my health felt like an impossible puzzle to solve as I sat on my couch too exhausted to even fold the laundry and with PMS mood swings so severe that I was stuck in an endless self-hatred spiral and frequent ER trips for my period cramps.

I knew there had to be a way to heal that didn't involve hormonal contraceptives, anti-depressants, or other drastic measures but I just had no idea how to actualize the reality I so deeply desired.
